Community Cafe
Join our dynamic Community Café Team dedicated to bringing a warm and welcoming environment to everyone in our neighborhood, while serving some hot coffee or tea and a delicious lunch. Our outreach ministry team seeks to honor and glorify God and opens the Community Café to demonstrate the love of our Lord by providing free hot lunch to those that are in need. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples if you love one another (John 13:35).
The Community Café is a place for a good lunch, but its goals are fellowship, conversation, and fun. The idea behind the community café is to run a community orientated warm and welcoming environment for everyone in the local neighborhood.
Serving our church community every last Saturday of each month from 12-1pm. The Café provides a place where people can connect with God and others! We serve through welcoming, making food, and serving refreshments
If you know that bringing joy and making friendships through food or just conversations (or both) is your specialty contact the mission coordinator.

Food Pantry
Our food pantry guests can visit our bread/ pastry stations and food pantry and fill a bag to bring home. Our non perishable food items such as spaghetti, macaroni and cheese, canned meats and vegetables, beans, and rice are donated by church members and breads are donated by a local grocery store.
We welcome donations! If you can help, please contribute items that we can share with the hungry. Donations may be dropped off in the food pantry located in the upstairs during the week or on Sundays.
We operate the Food Pantry a ministry of Charlton City UMC where we hope to show the love of Jesus in a measurable way. When Jesus walked this earth we saw Him feed people both physically and spiritually. He is our model and this is our expression of that. We would like to walk beside you during your time of difficulty beyond just sharing food. Please call or email if you would like someone to listen to your story and pray with you. We may be able to help connect you with other resources in our community or encourage you in other ways as well.

Visits for the elderly or shut-ins
Join a group of passionate and God loving people that want to expand the joy of the church, community, and God, to those that can't join us at our regular services. If you are interested, please contact our coordinator and become part of this marvelous team.
Bread Ministry
Collect bread weekly at local supermarket and distribute it to persons in need.
Worcester Fellowship
Feed the Homeless
Collaborate with Worcester Fellowship to feed the homeless in Worcester.
Winter Coat Collection
Collect winter coats each fall to be sold at low cost or given to those in need in Southbridge.
Send cards to those who are sick, hurt, grieving or need cheering.
